Shipping Policy

Recipient's Identity - At the time of placing the order, the Customer shall state the full name as stated in his/her (recipient’s) government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery the recipient’s shall collect the product, by furnishing any one of the following government approved photo identification card:

  • Ration Card with Photographs (Valid only if Photograph of recipient’s on it)
  • Driving Licence
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) card
  • Election card
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card

Delivery by logistics/Courier - All shipping and other local charges shall be borne by the us. Delivery shall be made by the courier or logistics partner only after photo and name of the recipient is verified. To ensure safe and secure delivery the details of the government listed photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate by providing valid government approved photo identification proof for ready reference to courier or logistics partner.

Delivery acknowledgement by Customer - In case of cash on delivery (CoD), customer has to make the payment first to our courier or logistics partner before accepting delivery. Recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package to be deliver and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with. After accepting the delivery and signing the delivery receipt, recipient receiving the delivery may open the package before courier or logistics partner and check the contents inside. They shall not accept deliveries, if they found box is tampered or empty or short received or the contents are damaged or the contents are not in accordance to the order placed, mentioned the proper remark on POD documents available with courier or logistics partner & inform the same to our customer service desk of immediately. Any dispute related to order/delivery having time bar to inform, hence customer should mention conditional remark on proof of delivery (POD) sheet & inform immediately to our customer care desk & mail at - cc@yellowmetals.in

Proof of Delivery (POD) - The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed without any conditional remark, firm is not liable to the Customer / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstance, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries. Customer should double check the packaging of shipment before accepting and signing the proof of delivery (POD) documents of courier or logistics partner. Secure your original packaging material with you if any dispute for delivered products & call to the customer care immediately and mail at - cc@yellowmetals.in

Non-Delivery - If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier or logistics partner shall try and deliver the item again before returning the same to sender. Guarantee for delivery made by the us is subject to terms and conditions of the courier or logistics partner. Any inconsistency / errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery or return shall be chargeable to the Customer. If customer is not reachable then order will be cancelled and amount will be credited back to customers account within 10 to 15 days after deduction of delivery charges if applicable.
